We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

How to make a return?

  • - Access the return portal for your country above.
  • - Select products to return and the reason
  • - Confirm details and purchase return slip
  • - Print return slip and attach to your package
  • - Go to the nearest carrier agent and return the package

Return Policy

  • - You have 14 days after your order has been delivered to you to make a return.
  • - The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • - Returns will not be accepted if the original hangtag has been removed.

Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them.

Exchanges

We offer no exchanges, only returns and refunds. You therefore need to return your product and get your money back. If you want a new product, you need to place a new order.

Complaints

All products you buy from ItsMay must be of the highest quality. If there is anything wrong with an item when you received it, we ask you to start a complaint as soon as the error has been noticed.
