If you made a mistake with your order and want to change something, please contact us as fast as possible at and we will edit your order if it isn't too late.

If your order has been shipped, then there's nothing we can do to edit it, unfortunately.

We offer no exchanges, only returns and refunds. You therefore need to return your product and get your money back. If you want a new product, you need to place a new order.

You have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive the package.

As soon as we ship out your order from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking details.

We aim to ship out orders no longer than 24 hours after they are placed.

If it's already been a few days and your order hasn't been shipped out, it might be because of public holidays, items being unavailable or your product being a pre-order with later delivery.

If you've just placed an order and want to cancel it, please email us at and we will try to do it as fast as possible.

Unfortunately, if you order has been shipped out already - then it's too late for us to cancel it.

You will still be able to make a return within 14 days after receiving it.

No, unfortunately not. We don't do any refunds related to discounts or sales that are active after you placed your order.

If you've selected home delivery and you aren't home when it's being delivered, then the carrier will either try to deliver it again at at another date or deliver it to a parcel shop where you can pick it up.

The carrier will notify you on email or text with details on where to pick it up.

The money is refunded to the same card/account that you used when placing the order.

We aim to handle all returns within 7 days of receiving them. From there it can take 5-10 working days for the money to be back in your account.

We typically charge your payment once your package leaves our warehouse.
